We begin with three to four months of intensive work. We’ll uncover what truly drives you and reconnect you with your essence. We’ll shape your next professional chapter. Whether that’s securing your dream job, launching your own business, developing a portfolio of activities, or redefining success altogether, you’ll get a structured, empowering path forward, tailored to you and never standardized.

You’ll receive:

• Private sessions every two weeks with strategic guidance tailored to your goals, strengths and values
• Deeper reflections from me in writing a week later
• Ongoing support in between
• Selected introductions where relevant
• Intuitive insight and deep empathy paired with no-nonsense action

After this intensive phase, you lead the outreach, applications or business development. I stay alongside you with lighter support.

Landing usually takes six to nine months from the start of our work, depending on your path and the market.

To protect this depth, I work with a deliberately limited number of clients at a time.

Over the past 25 years, I’ve worked in various senior positions across consultancy, politics, corporates, and non-profits—leading teams to drive strategy, transformation programs and sales, co- founding and leading several non-profit organizations and even working as a headhunter.

I’ve experienced both large successes and painful setbacks and have gone through transitions that demanded deep inner work. I know what it means to feel out of alignment, to push through when something no longer fits. And I know what it takes to find the courage to leap into something more meaningful.

Now, I use that experience to help others break free from the “golden cage” and find or create work that fits who they are now.
